Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlowTopper ("the Service"), operated by Procestoppers BV ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service. FlowTopper is a multi-tenant SaaS for AI-assisted BPMN process modeling. We provide the Service on an as-is basis; uptime is best-effort during the experiment phase.

2. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use. Don't reverse-engineer the Service, don't attempt to access another tenant's data, and don't use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable law.

4. Billing. Paid plans bill via Stripe per the pricing shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from the Customer Portal.

5. Termination. We may suspend accounts for cause (security, abuse, non-payment). You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone.

6. Liability. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months. We don't warrant fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law: Netherlands. Disputes go to a Dutch court of competent jurisdiction.
